routing-adherence
SPEC §11 launch suite 3 — the worlds router + routing-discipline blocks from ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md and ECOSYSTEM.md section 4, presented with route(world)/split_task()/select_pattern(pattern) tools. This is a derived-and-abstracted encoding of a private routing policy, not verbatim private text: the real policy names a real employer's internal workflow structure (a disclosure about a third party, not James alone), so world names, filesystem roots, and any employer/client product references have been generalized to neutral placeholders (PERSONAL/CLIENT/EMPLOYER; /personal, /client, /employer) before this suite was ever committed. Tests whether the routing policy still steers a real decision: single-world (route), cross-world (split_task, per the explicit 'one session per world' rule), a two-step world-then-pattern sequence (tool-order, mirroring ECOSYSTEM.md's LEVEL 0/LEVEL 1 chain of command), and a genuinely ambiguous case (literal-prefix 'AMBIGUOUS:' rather than a guessed route). 16 positive + 6 negative.

A suite that only ever tests the happy path cannot tell you when it starts firing on everything. Every item here is an instruction-adherence probe, registered 2026-08-09.
